End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by Omaid Akbari ("Omaid Akbari," "we," "our products," or "us"). We prioritize your privacy and are committed to maintaining your trust. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA). Agreement Overview
By using our apps or websites, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our products. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself or any party you represent. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you process personal data of residents from the European Economic Area (EEA), the Omaid Akbari Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will apply alongside this Agreement. In case of any conflict, the DPA takes precedence.

We may periodically update this Agreement. Continued use of our products after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this Agreement regularly. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our products or revoke access at any time without prior notice or liability.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products for any unlawful activity, as governed by U.S. law or any applicable jurisdiction. Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access, with or without notice.

License Grant
Subject to your compliance, Omaid Akbari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our products on a single device you own or control. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights; all intellectual property rights remain with Omaid Akbari.

You may not modify, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from our products. Sharing the product across multiple devices is prohibited. Any violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of this Agreement.

Your Data
We do not collect personal data (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., in support requests). Any personal data shared with us is confidential and used solely for addressing your requests. We do not share personal data with third parties. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

For apps that display advertisements, we may collect non-personal data (e.g., Google Advertiser ID) for personalized ads outside of the EU. Within the EU, only non-personalized ads will be shown with user consent. You may control ad tracking settings on your device.

Cookies
Omaid Akbari does not set cookies. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use cookies. You can opt out of cookies through their respective policies.

Internet Permissions
Our apps may request internet access to download content, display ads, provide app links, or collect anonymous analytics data.

In-App Purchases
Some of our apps may include in-app purchases, which will be subject to these terms.

Social Media Integration
Our apps may allow sharing of content via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). However, we do not collect user data from your social media accounts.

Non-Advertising-Based Apps
For apps that do not display third-party advertisements, provisions related to ad tracking do not apply.

Data Sharing with Authorities
We may disclose your data to authorities when required by law, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, with your consent, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Opting Out
To opt out of ad tracking, you can stop using our apps or make in-app purchases to remove ads. For users in the EU, only non-personalized ads will be shown based on your consent.

Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 provides personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians can contact us with concerns regarding children’s data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
